Dedicated Government Account Development Team in place
As part of our ongoing commitment to the highest levels of customer service, American Express has formed a Government Account Development Team that is dedicated to meeting the needs of individual government agencies.
The team comprises Gerard Rodrigues and Christie Kim. Their focus is to ensure the needs of the individual government agencies are met, as well as delivering simple yet effective policy, process and payment solutions.

Dedicated Government BTA Servicing Team
As part of our ongoing customer satisfaction drive, we are delighted to announce the launch of a dedicated Government BTA Servicing Team in a move that is designed to make your BTA program run as efficiently as possible.

Improvements to Telephone Account Servicing

Cardmembers to benefit from a new Online Account email service:
We are delighted to announce the launch of a new service that's designed to help Cardmembers get even more out of their American Express Government Card by enabling them to email us direct from their Online Account.
Our Secure Message Centre provides Cardmembers with another fast, easy and secure way to contact us. When Cardmembers use the Secure Message Centre, they're emailing us directly from their American Express Online Account without having to use their personal email account. This provides the assurance that all their sensitive Card information will stay safe.
To access the new service Cardmembers need to login and click on the Email Us link on the top navigation bar. They can then view their Secure Message Centre Inbox and Sent Items folder, retrieve their mail, or write us an email message as needed.

Government Cardmembers can now access their Account using any mobile phone that is able to access the Internet. This convenient new mobile service gives Cardmembers an easy way to stay in control of their Account, 24x7.
Cardmembers can access the service by visiting www.americanexpress.com.au using their mobile web browser. If a Cardmember is an iPhone user, they can download the free American Express App from the iTunes store.
